I finally trained for a marathon and after 10+ hours of cardio per week I still was not able to reach my goal of having 6 pack abs. Once I turned 30, I dialed down the cardio and started to focus on my nutrition. While I was able to finally lose weight, I still didn’t have abs because I was only counting calories.
It wasn’t until I focused on counting macros that I was able to finally carve out the body I wanted. Once I learned how to manipulate my body composition through nutrition, I began assisting others do the same. After a few years of online coaching, I took my personal experiences in shredding body fat and created the 6 Week Shred in 2016 to help others learn my safe, yet effective approach for targeted fat loss.
